I got my GC couple of weeks ago and IV has been like a true supportive friend throughout my long wait for this day.

Absolutely , Do you have the address and responsible person for DOL,NSC,TSC? I just want to modify the letter and want to seek each ones responsibilty.
Lets get together folks and try to get some answers from DOL and USCIS , dont sit back and relax ..Its for every one ...lets get some thing kicked off

Some may be worried to reveal identity ordering online ..lets buy 14 math books from local book store(or dollar store) and send 5 books to USCIS , 5 to DOL , 2 to TSC , 2 to NSC with name " GC aspirant from India or China" ...what do you guys think ? shall we kick this off this week end with differnt message to each one of them involved ?

Do all agree that "bridge bill" is the only real helpful measure for us? Or you can show us some other ways?
I mean let's set at least one goal!
After that we can establish what we have, and how we can make it real.
Anyway, it might be quite difficult to organise such a work group, because the majourity of schedule A are outside the US, and on CP... But we all have our emploiers and attorneis who could help us to lobby our interests in the US.
What do you think about it?

thats true, You will not get red marks. Coz, everybody agrees with that. It is just some good news and hope for EB2. Otherwise, people will be left with no option but to move back to their home country's in current markets.

Got our DL and State IDs renewed today in PA.. I had my pp, I-129 approval, spouse's pp, I-539 approval, Address proofs, employment letter, most recent paystub, letter from Social Security office for spouse.. They didn't have any problems renewing my DL as I already had a SSN.. but since my spouse doesn't have SSN they had to get some verification from USCIS online.. The only trouble with that was they didn't remember their login info, but once they found that, it took them only minutes to find what they needed and processed my spouse's renewal... So we dont have to worry about this for 3 years (actually our state ID has been renewed for 4 years, strange)...

I totally agree to this. Everytime i try to bring this point across all that is being asked is go contribue some money. I have contributed money before and i will contribute lot more if i know what it is getting used for.
There are several of my friends who are not actively looking at IV site. I am sure they will contribute money if they know the initiative IV is currently working on.
Unfortunately, we will never know the daily or weekly details. If you see three bills introduced in a year like you saw last year, then it is the result of lobbying effort. IV core has periodic meetings with lobbying firm and all your money goes into that. Plus several trips to DC by IV leadership, to represent YOU and ME.

our attorney did not port yet. He will (if not automatically ported ) now. I am not sure how one should do, we will port after I-140 approval. I-140 approval time, I am not sure 2 days - 4 months. In my case it took 2 days (premium processing).

Hi
BOA is now asking me for I-94. In my I-94 it is stamped as"Paroled until July 29th 2010" - will they interpret this as my valid stay in the US being only till July 29th? Not sure how I can explain this to them
