Hi,
Can anyone help me know of a process by which I can get my duplicate W2 form. The scenario is that I asked my employer to send me the W2 form and they say they did send it via post. But I did not receive it. Also my employer says they have not received it back. I need to file my taxes(Fortunately I had applied for extention) and don't have a W2 to attach with it. Can anybody help me with knowing the process

Yes. Your dependents can go for a H4 visa stamping provided you (primary h1 beneficiary) were always in status. (which from your post looks like you were)
You will have to send your paystubs, latest h1 approval notice etc - with your family for the
h4 visa interview.

This question is to all attorneys for their input on whether there will be another window (or something called pre-filing) for all GC applicants waiting for file their I-485. It would be great if there could be 'pre-filing' with eligibility for EAD since H1 renewals are becoming tougher by the minute.
Attorneys please add your comments if there is a probability of this happening and if not is there any way we can request USCIS to consider?

Nobody can predict when the quota will fill up. However, note that there are wide spread rumors about the regular quota being used up as early as the first day and Masters within a few weeks. Its in your best interest to file as early as possible.

Hello, I apologyze for not giving my name away first of all, secondly I need to know what my options are if my father and mother who are permanent residents in the USA can file an I-130 for me? They obtained their legal status thru the department of labor but at the time they were approved I was already 21 years of age (the whole process started in 2000and lasted for 5 years or so); one lawyer told me that I cannot do anything since I was over 21 but I just have been in a different lawyer who told me that yes I can adjust my status thank to a grandfather law that can help me to achieve my goal in working legally in this country. I am an unmarried daughter and 27 years of age at this time.
I just don't want to spend those $5,500 can this lawyer is asking me for his services, I appreciate very much your replies and my family will too

Hi - I am just wondering, if Medical residency applications are subject to the yearly 65,000 Quota? Does anyone know?
If the hospital (healthcare organization) is a non-profit body then they will not be subjected to the quota (I think). Maybe other members can validate this.
